About Hola Coffee
Hola Coffee is a Madrid roastery founded in 2017 by Pablo Caballero (Spanish Barista Champion) and Nolo Botana. It roasts its own beans at a dedicated roastery in the city and runs training through its in-house Hola Academy.

The Lagasca location, in the Salamanca neighbourhood, was ranked 12th in the World’s 100 Best Coffee Shops list for 2025 — the highest placement of any Spanish café that year.
