Boconó is a specialty coffee roaster based in Madrid, Spain, recognized as the 2023 Roaster Champion. The company sources green coffee in small lots directly from producers and roasts it daily in small batches. They offer a variety of specialty coffees from origins such as Brazil, Burundi, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Ethiopia, Kenya, Nicaragua, Uganda, and Venezuela, with options for whole bean or ground coffee.
