Artisan Brew Co is Seattle’s premier destination for coffee connoisseurs. Founded by two former World Barista Championship competitors, we bring competition-level coffee to the everyday experience.
Our Roasting Process
We roast small batches three times a week using our custom-built 12kg Probat roaster. Each batch is carefully monitored and cupped to ensure consistency and excellence.
